PROGRAMS AND INFORMATION
February 4th, 2013 Program
This month's program will be a presentation by Master Gardener Lyn Muth on 'alternatives to pesticide use in the garden'. Please join us for an energetic and enlightening presentation by Ms. Muth about how to make your garden and bee yard work better without toxic chemicals, 7 PM in the Grass Valley Vets Hall, 255 South Auburn Street, on Monday February 4th. Program is free and refreshments are provided.

Our very own member, Thom Stasser had a song written about him when he went up against the County about remodeling his mom's old house. First they gave him permits and then denied his permission when someone compained that his miner's shack was historical. Thom and his mom's house was outside the historical district, it was falling down, no foundation and draft.
It's a great story, told in this song.
